The Grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of August.
Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C.
The base wines are vinified individually according to the vineyard of origin and then carefully assembled to create the cuvée. Aging on lees (sur lie) for at least 36 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15 ° C.

The Franciacorta Brut is ideal with aperitifs accompanied by a delicious snack, even after a meal, for example with pastries.
Light pink in color. Elegant bouquet with notes of blackberries and raspberries typical of Pinot Noir. Soft and juicy taste, accompanied by a balanced acidity.
