The name LA TORRE is directly derived from the bell tower of Torbiato di Adro at whose foot the farm stands. The estate was acquired by the Corsini family in 1987; in fact, the knowledge and passion for this beautiful farm, which includes both the cellar and the restaurant, is much more rooted, 1969, from the moment the family started the business there.  Today, the total area consists of 24 hectares, the largest part of which is intended for the production of Franciacorta Docg wines.

Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, very fine and persistent almost creamy bubble, decisive bouquet of ripe fruit, accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers and dried fruit, even toasted (almond, hazelnut).

To the taste, a pleasant juiciness and freshness are harmonized with an innate softness reminiscent of the delicate sensations of silk.

Ideal for the entire meal, but exceptional with pasta, risotto and fish dishes. Due to its freshness, the wine also goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
