The grapes are picked around the first week of october
After soft pressing selected yeasts are added.
Wine-making takes place at a controlled temperature at 22°C to conserve the aromatic notes and to limit the extractions of tannins.
This wine is made from 100% Moltepulciano grapes collected along the Adriatic coast . The vineyards enjoy the fresh climate which guarantees a slow maturation but constant of the grapes and a fantastic colour .
The result is a very tasty ,aromatic, red fruity, flowery (violet pansy) red wine which during the tasting it is surprisingly delicate body structured
Due to natural elevated acidity aromatic flavor with grippy tannin, this wine call for richer and more savory foods, like roasted meat and vegetables
